As part of The Florida Department of Transportation’s I-10 from I-295 to I-95 Widening Project, detours are scheduled at several interchanges within the project limits from Sunday, February 19 through Thursday, February 23 while crews perform bridge construction operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
I-10 West Exit to McDuff Avenue: Sunday, February 19 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., drivers will be detoured to the Luna Street exit, left on Luna Street and take the I-10 east to McDuff Avenue.
I-10 East Exit to McDuff Avenue: Monday, February 20 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., drivers will continue on I-10 east to the Stockton Street exit, turn right on Stockton Street and turn left on Edison Avenue to connect with McDuff Avenue.
I-10 East Exit to I-295: Tuesday, February 21 through Thursday, February 23 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., drivers will continue on I-10 east, take the Lane Avenue exit, turn left on Lane Avenue, turn left onto the I-10 west on-ramp and continue to I-295.
FDOT hired Superior Construction to complete this $174.5 million project in early 2025, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
