The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that, as part of a resurfacing project on I-10 between Chaffee Road and I-295, drivers can expect nighttime ramp closures Sunday, August 18 through Sunday, August 25 for milling and resurfacing.
The following closures are planned from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
During these closures, drivers should follow posted detour signage and use additional caution in the area.
- Sunday, August 18, the Hammond Boulevard ramp to westbound I-10 will be closed.
- Monday, August 19, the northbound Hammond Boulevard ramp to I-10 eastbound will be closed.
- Tuesday, August 20 to Wednesday, August 21, the eastbound I-10 ramp to I-295 will be closed.
- Wednesday, August 21 and Thursday, August 22, the southbound I-295 ramp to I-10 eastbound will be closed.
- Sunday, August 25, the northbound I-295 ramp to I-10 westbound will be closed.
