We are parked at Picacho Peak RV Resort as this is being written. We are recently retired and this is our first winter south. After a lot of internet searching, we picked this park for it’s location, it’s 55 age restrictions, and the price. And believe me, for the price this place is perfect.
This resort is in the “country”‘ but within short driving distance of Tucson, Casa Grande, and great tourist attractions like Tombstone. The management is friendly, and there are a lot of guests that return year after year. We are already considering purchasing a park model and have some great options from which to choose.
