Hey I-10 travelers! If you’re in the area and craving seafood, Castaway Seafood Restaurant is unbelievable! The food here is phenomenal and the portions are huge.
Castaway is located right off I-10, exit 112, in Bonifay, Florida. It might be a little difficult to spot. Just look for the Shell gas station… it’s located to the rear of the property.
The restaurant has a nice southern feel to it and the staff was friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious, hot and, most importantly FRESH! The portions were more than enough and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for what you got.
We actually found this restaurant by accident. We got off the exit to get gas, and spotted it while filling up. Got a wiff of seafood cooking and made a little unexpected stop. What a great find!
We’ll be sure to take note of this restaurant and stop back if we’re in the area.
