As part of the Florida Department of Transportation’s I-10 from I-295 to I-95 widening project, detours are scheduled along I-10 and at interchanges within the project limits from Sunday, March 19 through Thursday, March 23 while crews perform bridge construction operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
I-10 West Exit to U.S. 17 (Roosevelt Boulevard): Sunday, March 19 through Thursday, March 23 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., drivers will be detoured to the McDuff Avenue exit and left on McDuff Avenue to connect with Roosevelt Boulevard.
I-10 West at Lane Avenue: Tuesday, March 21 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., drivers will be detoured to the Lane Avenue exit, right on Lane Avenue, left on Commonwealth Avenue and take I-295 south to reconnect with I-10.
I-10 East to Cassat Avenue Exit: Wednesday, March 22 and Thursday, March 23 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., drivers who wish to exit I-10 east at Cassat Avenue will be detoured to McDuff Avenue, left on McDuff Avenue, left on I-10 west and continue to Cassat Avenue.
FDOT hired Superior Construction to complete this $174.5 million project in early 2025, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
