The Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) reports that a significant portion of I-10 for 2 days as part of their I-10 Widening West Project. All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
- I-10 East will be closed from Anthony, TX to Transmountain Road
Crews will be placing new barriers and striping the pavement
Saturday, November 9 through Monday, November 11 from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. (51 HRS)
DETOUR: Take Exit (Anthony TX), proceed on S. Desert Blvd through the Anthony, Vinton, and Transmountain Intersections, enter I-10EB after Transmountain.
- Right lane closure on I-10 Westbound from Exit 2 (Nashua Rd) to Anthony
Crews will be installing asphalt pavement and storm water pollution prevention plan
Monday, November 11 through Friday, November 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- I-10 West will be closed from Transmountain Blvd. to Anthony TX
Crews will be placing new barriers and striping the pavement
Saturday, November 16 through Monday, November 18 from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. (51 HRS)
DETOUR: Take Exit 6A (Transmountain Rd.) proceed on N. Desert Blvd through the Vinton and Anthony Intersections, enter I-10 Westbound after Anthony, TX.
