The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) advises drivers to plan for westbound I-10 in Phoenix to be narrowed to two lanes between 32nd Street/University Drive and 16th Street (near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport) Sunday through Thursday nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on the following dates for pavement maintenance:
- 9:00 p.m. Sunday, December 8, to 5:00 a.m. Friday, December 13
- 9:00 p.m. Sunday, December 15, to 5:00 a.m. Friday, December 20
- 9:00 p.m. Sunday, December 22, to 5:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 24
- 9:00 p.m. Sunday, December 29, to 5:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 31
NOTE: There will be no restrictions the nights of December 24-26. Nightly lane restrictions will resume Sunday, December 29.
ADOT advises drivers to use caution and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through all work zones.
