The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that, as part of their I-10 from I-295 to I-95 widening project, overnight I-10 traffic detours of the Interstate west at Lane Avenue are scheduled for Tuesday, April 18 through Thursday, April 20 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. while crews perform bridge construction operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
I-10 traffic traveling west will be detoured to Lane Avenue, right on Lane Avenue, left on Commonwealth Avenue and take I-295 south to reconnect with I-10.
FDOT hired Superior Construction to complete this $174.5 million project in early 2025, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
